West Yorkshire up to £35k DOE plus car and benefits

Sales Management role with UK manufacturer trading in over 50 countries.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for day to day sales management in designated territories to include Germany, Bulgaria and Poland along with others. The objective of the role is the development of new and existing key accounts in the territories and the development of market knowledge to ensure that the company’s products maximise their potential. Essentially the role is to build sales and profitability in the territory and find and implement new business opportunities.

Reporting to the Divisional Manager and based in West Yorksire the successful candidate would ideally have:-

Excellent communications, networking, negotiating and influencing skills and be an enthusiastic self starter with a strong competitive outlook. A hands-on approach is essential and the candidate should have an international outlook and demonstrable commercial awareness. Some export sales experience would be helpful although not essential but candidates must have strong language skills in German and preferably one other European language. A desire for overseas travel is essential; expectations would be 30 weeks per year overseas.
